What is nanocrystalline core vacuum annealing furnace?

Nanocrystalline core vacuum annealing furnace is a high-precision heat treatment equipment that performs annealing in a vacuum atmosphere, effectively conduct vacuum crystallization annealing and stress relief annealing for nanocrystalline cores or amorphous cores.

1. Main Structure of vacuum annealing furnace

1)Vacuum Chamber: Sealed furnace body, water-cooled to prevent deformation.

2)Vacuum System: Mechanical pump + diffusion/molecular pump to achieve high vacuum.

3)Heating System: Uses graphite, molybdenum, or tungsten heaters. Temperature range 650°C, and temperature control accuracy: ±1℃.

4) Cooling System: Natural cooling or forced gas cooling (N₂/Ar), and cooling rate adjustable from 5 to 20℃/min.

5) Control System: PLC for precise temperature programming, vacuum and timing control.
