What is Fe-Based nanocrystalline materials?
Fe-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials are produced by advanced ultra-rapid cooling solidification technology. Due to the excellent comprehensive magnetic properties such as high magnetic permeability, high saturation magnetic induction, low coercivity and low loss, they are widely used in various fields such as power electronics, smart grids, smart homes and new energy.
Usually, the thickness of Fe-based nanocrystalline strip is 14-22μm, but now 10-12μm nanocrystalline ribbon have been mass-produced in China. The further improvement of the material preparation technology has enhanced the performance advantages of nanocrystalline ribbon and broadened their application prospects in emerging fields such as high-frequency transformers, common-mode inductors, and current transformers.
Performance advantages:
- High saturation magnetic flux density (Bs ≥ 1.25T)
- Wide range of permeability (40,000 to 600,000)
- Excellent temperature stability
- Low coercive force
- Low loss
- Low magnetostriction coefficient (≈0)
